Shipment
Our standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days for domestic shipments (Spain and Portugal).
For the rest of Europe, delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. We will notify you by email if your order takes longer than expected.
During peak seasons or due to exceptional situations, delays may occur.
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track the status of your shipment.
Shipping costs vary depending on location and order weight. You'll see the exact cost during checkout before finalizing your purchase.
International (Europe) : €8 for orders under €60, and free for
orders over €60.
National (Spain & Portugal) : No changes, €5 for orders under
€60, and free for orders over €60.
Shipments to the Canary Islands may take a couple of days longer than the times indicated for the Peninsula, due to logistics and customs procedures.
Orders destined for the Canary Islands are not shipped from the Peninsula, but are managed and distributed directly by our official distributor in the islands .
We currently ship to Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. We are working to expand our coverage and offer shipping to more countries in the future. We invite you to subscribe to our newsletter to stay up-to-date with the latest news.
