Returns and Refunds
You can return any product within 14 days of receipt, as long as it is in its original condition and unused.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. You must state the reason for the return and provide images and/or videos to support your return. Once you have submitted the return request, you have one week to ship the product through any shipping company of your choice.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
To make a return, please contact us using our contact form or email customerservice@cereriamolla.com. We will provide you with detailed instructions and the address to which you should send the product.
Once we receive and verify your return, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The time it takes to reflect in your account will depend on your bank.
We do not process product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and then make a new purchase.
If you have received a defective, broken, or damaged product, please contact us using our contact form or send an email to customerservice@cereriamolla.com. Please indicate the reason for the incident and include images and/or videos to help us assess the condition of the product. Our team will provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
