Sustainable fragrances for a more conscious home

Every June 5th, World Environment Day reminds us of the importance of caring for the planet through more conscious and responsible choices. Today, sustainability is no longer seen as a trend, but as a way of understanding the present and shaping the future. This also applies to the home, where we seek spaces that feel more natural, balanced, and connected to well-being.

At Cerería Mollá 1899, we believe that craftsmanship, design, and environmental sustainability coexist in harmony. For more than 125 years, we have been creating scented candles, decorative candles, and home fragrances whose value lies not only in their sensory dimension, but also in their respect for the environment and the quality of the materials used to craft them.

Sustainability as part of our essence

Our commitment to sustainable development is present at every stage of the creation process. At Cerería Mollá 1899, we operate under an environmental management system based on ISO 14001 certification, ensuring continuous improvement in our processes and a more efficient and responsible use of resources.

In addition, we work with an environmental policy that is updated annually and implement waste management systems for plastic, paper, and cardboard. Part of our energy comes from photovoltaic panels, helping to reduce the environmental impact of our daily activity.

We also prioritize the use of responsibly sourced raw materials. The wood used in our products comes from sustainably managed forests and is not linked to deforestation processes.

Natural ingredients and responsible materials

Nature is at the heart of our collections. Our scented candles are crafted with vegetable soy wax and cotton wicks.

Within our cosmetic line, we formulate products with more than 90% naturally derived ingredients. Our products are designed so that fragrances and sensory experiences maintain a balance between effectiveness, well-being, and respect for the environment.

When selecting suppliers and materials, we prioritize proximity, recyclability, biodegradability, and environmental certification. All our packaging, both glass and plastic, is recyclable.

Candles and fragrances designed to last

Candles and home fragrances do more than transform a space through scent; they also bring personality, warmth, and emotional well-being.

Fragrances such as Bulgarian Rose & Oud, Tuberose & Jasmine, and French Linen evoke the freshness of nature and the elegance of the Mediterranean through sophisticated and enveloping scents.

In addition, many of our containers are designed to have a second life as decorative objects.
