A estado dos días en funcionamiento luego funcionaba con poca bruma y aplastando el botón de encendido algunas veces , y ya no funciona ahora

I have purchase it and when I received it it was broken. I called the company who replaced it immediately . The person I spoke with was very friendly and efficient. The new one works like a charm. The remote is not very easy to use but the functions are also on the machine so you don't need it if you don't want. I love the smell and fragrances of the oils. Thanks, I will repurchase again.
