Returns and Refunds

What is our return policy?

You can return any product within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is in its original condition and unused. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service.

How do I make a return?

To make a return, please contact us through our contact form or send an email to customerservice@cereriamolla.com. We will provide you with detailed instructions and the address to which you should send the product.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and verify your return, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The time it takes to reflect in your account will depend on your bank.

Can I exchange a product?

We do not process product exchanges. If you wish to make a change, please follow the return process and place a new order.
