Legal Terms of the Giveaway

Organizer: This giveaway is organized by Cerería Mollá 1899, with its registered office at Europe.

Duration: The giveaway will begin on December 16, 2024, and will end on December 22, 2024, at 23:59 hours. The winner will be announced on December 23, 2024.

How to Participate:
a. Participants must subscribe to the Cerería Mollá 1899 Newsletter between December 16 and December 22, 2024.
b. Each person may only enter once.
c. Participation is completely free and does not require any purchase.

Prize: The prize consists of an XXL 3.5 kg candle from Cerería Mollá 1899, with the winner's preferred scent (subject to availability).

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected through a random draw among all valid entries. The winner’s name will be posted on Cerería Mollá 1899’s social media on December 23, 2024, and they will be contacted by email.

Prize Delivery: The prize will be delivered to the winner free of charge within Spain, within a maximum of 7 business days after the winner's confirmation.

General Conditions:
a. The winner must accept the prize and respond to the notification email within 48 hours.
b. If no response is received within this time frame, a new draw will be held among the participants.
c. This giveaway cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
